Las empresas enfrentan momentos cr\u00edticos<\/p><\/h2><\/div>

Las empresas est\u00e1n enfrentando uno de los momentos m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos: la renuncia masiva de trabajadores, alcanzando un aumento con registro del 15%\u00a0 hasta 23% al a\u00f1o en algunas empresas, en comparaci\u00f3n con lo registrado antes de la pandemia. Seg\u00fan datos del estudio \u201cEl Gran Desgaste: renuncia en M\u00e9xico”<\/em>, elaborado por OCC Mundial en colaboraci\u00f3n con GDV Group y Grupo Azimuth.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el informe, la situaci\u00f3n puede seguir aumentando, ya que cuatro de cada 10 colaboradores estar\u00eda dispuesto a renunciar en los pr\u00f3ximos seis meses y 23% en los siguientes 12. Entre las razones principales destacan insatisfacci\u00f3n, desgaste y pocas oportunidades de crecimiento.<\/p>\n

Las razones m\u00e1s comunes, por las cuales un colaborador decide renunciar son las siguientes:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Falta de valores de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Mal ambiente laboral<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Falta de reconocimiento<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Monoton\u00eda en las actividades que se realizan<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Hacer actividades ajenas al puesto<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Pocas actividades de reconocimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para evitar esta crisis de fuga de talentos, las empresas deben trabajar en las denuncias de sus colaboradores y analizar qu\u00e9 prefieren para quedarse en un lugar de trabajo. En este sentido, a 49% de los colaboradores les gustar\u00eda tener cursos y capacitaciones, a 48% un buen clima laboral, a 46% mayor sueldo, a 38% bonos e incentivos, a 36% planes de carrera y al 31% seguro m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Es claro precisar que los datos arrojados en este estudio nos demuestran que la insatisfacci\u00f3n deriva en renuncia, pero la satisfacci\u00f3n no es garant\u00eda<\/b> de retenci\u00f3n. Es por esto que las organizaciones tienen que tomar cartas en el asunto, escuchar a sus colaboradores de manera personalizada y dise\u00f1ar estrategias para evitar que se fugue el mejor talento.<\/div>\n
